Booking an activity even if the booking has been made through a third party company.
Participating in an experience offered by Barcelona E-Bike Rent.
Barcelona E-Bike Rent requires a full payment in order to confirm a booking. Payments can be made via credit card on Barcelona E-Bike Rent website. This payment will be made through a secure server provided by Rezdy.
Refund Policy
We know you're on a trip and there may be inconveniences.
In case of delay, please call us +34 933 106 133.
In case of delay and If they participate more people in the Tour, we can wait until a maximum of 10min. of the time agreed at the Meeting Point (Carrer de Cervantes, 5).

It is possible to cancel the activity until 48 hrs before without any cost. The cancellation of the activity up to 24 hrs before, no refunds.
In case of No Show, or more than 30min. of delay, we do not refund the amount of the Tour but we offer you an alternative date and time according to availability of both parts.
In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date according to availability of both parts. If this is not possible, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card account used for the original booking and the cancellation will be complete when you receive an email of cancellation from the Barcelona E-Bike Rent team.

Activities with Entrance Tickets included:
In case the client arrives late and cannot start the Tour with the Guide assigned, Barcelona E-Bike Rent will give the customer the Tickets they have purchased. In this way the client will have the option of visiting the attraction on their own. In case of delay, no refunds will be made of the amount of the Tickets.
If the cancellation of a Tour is within the policy period of cancellation of Barcelona E-Bike Rent and they have purchased the corresponding Tickets, Barcelona E-Bike Rent will not return amount of the contracted Tickets. In this case, Barcelona E-Bike Rent will show the customer the purchase of the Tickets, since they are in their name with the day and time of entry to the venue in relation to the contracted activity. ​

Barcelona E-Bike Rent has the license and liability insurance necessary to carry out its services with the maximum guarantees.
All Barcelona E-Bike Rent guests and clients are responsible for:
Having or contracting their own personal insurance policy to assist them in the event of injury and/or accidental death.
Barcelona E-Bike Rent assumes absolutely no responsibility for injury or accidental death.
Insurance for injury and accidental death is offered through a third party provider.
Information for such insurance can be provided upon request.
Clients are responsible for choosing a trip that suits their abilities, fitness level and state of mental health.

Looking after their personal belongings during the whole experience.
In all of our experiences, we will not be able to wait more than 10 minutes in order to respect the other guests.
If a customer is late and therefore misses part of an experience or even the whole experience, Barcelona E-Bike Rent will offer an alternative date to do the tour, but not offer any kind of compensation or refund the experience.
